Overview:

WR Spring Fixed Thermocouple makes the thermocouple end close to the surface of the object being measured by compression spring in order to improve the reliability and accuracy of the measurement. Working with the display instruments, it can directly measure the temperature within 0~400℃.WR Spring Fixed Thermocouple is taken with a soft extensible guide line which can be freely bent and it has characteristics such as little thermal response time, easy to use, and it is suitable for industries such as plastic extrusion machines, textiles, food and so on.

Working Principle:

WR Spring Fixed Thermocouple principle, indexing features and connection with displayer is same as the general thermocouple. WR-Spring-Fixed-Thermocouple structure is consisted of protection tubes, mounting bolts, lock nut, springs and thermocouple wires as the icon shown.
